Shipping & Delivery
Bijou de Bell delivers for free in Sweden. Delivery time is 5-7 working days. We deliver our jewelry together with PostNord and it gets deliverd to your mailbox or closest PostNord agent. When your order has been sent out you will recieve an email where you can track your package.
Please observe, that if your order has been order during a weekend, it will be taken care off by earliest on the following monday.

Please note that your order is held for a maximum of 14 days at your delivery location. If your package is not picked up within this time frame, it will automatically be returned to us and a cost of SEK 150 will be added. If you contact us and still want your order after it has been returned to us, we can send it for a cost of SEK 49. The delivery time may be extended during holidays and summer.
Force Majeure
Bijou de Bell is not responsible for delays/failures that occur as a result of circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, labor disputes, fire, flood, storm, accident, war, authority decision as well as reduced or non-existent delivery from the supplier, which is necessary to fulfill our agreed bonds.
Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control. These circumstances shall constitute a basis for exemption which entails exemption from damages and other penalties.
