What type of material do you use?

We use cultured freshwater pearls in AA & AAA quality that are purchased from carefully selected sub-suppliers from Vietnam. The jewelry parts consist of 24K gold-plated brass or 925 silver.

Does the jewelry contain Nickel?

No,
We use 925 silver and 14k gold plated 925 silver.

How should I keep my jewelry fresh and how do I keep the pearls luster?

Take care of your Bijou de Bell pieces by rinsing them with fresh water if you go swimming with your pieces. Diving into a pool in your Bijou can be tempting but avoiding chlorine is recommended.

To keep your pieces in original, crisp condition remove before any sweaty activities. Keep it au naturale and avoid cleaning products, body lotions, hairspray, and perfume when wearing your Bijou.

Pearls shine more if you lay them in safe, dry place - but also in light to keep it’s luster.

I think I changed my mind and want to cancel my order, can I?

Absolutely. According to the right of withdrawal act, you as a customer have 30 days to return your package from the day you received your delivery. You have to pay the shipping back to us yourself. If you wish to exchange jewellery, you return your jewelery and place a new order on the website.

I haven’t recieved an track-id for my order?
